School of Business May Graduation Information
Invitations to participate in the School of Business graduation ceremony were sent to all students who applied to graduate. All students who wish to participate must RSVP through the form included in the invitation. If you did not receive an invitation, please email busceremony@vcu.edu.

Guest tickets are not required for this event. Guests should plan ahead to ensure time for parking and seating.
Graduates and/or guests who do not wish to attend in person may view the livestream starting at 2 p.m. We will share the commencement livestream link in the days leading up to the ceremony.
All VCU students may attend the VCU-wide commencement ceremony. Only students graduating from the School of Business may attend our commencement ceremony. For information about the VCU-wide ceremony, please visit commencement.vcu.edu.
Regalia will be available for purchase at Barnes & Noble @ VCU on the Monroe Park and MCV campuses until graduation day. If you are unable to attend Grad Fair or visit Barnes & Noble @ VCU, please order your regalia online at balfour.com/vcu.

We strongly encourage graduating students to arrive no later than 1:15 p.m. to ensure there's plenty of time to park and get checked in. Guests may enter the venue starting at 1 p.m. We encourage guests to arrive early to allow time for parking and locating seats.
The Greater Richmond Convention Center (GRCC) Parking Deck is recommended. It is directly connected to the venue. More information on available parking options around GRCC can be found on their website.

Graduating students will not be able to leave items behind in the lineup room and should plan to keep any personal items with them throughout the ceremony. For more information on what guests are permitted to bring, please see the Greater Richmond Convention Center's website for a list of prohibited items.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, graduates will recess out of the Exhibit Hall. We encourage guests to plan a meeting location with their graduates outside of the Convention Center.
