VCU employees can give directly from their paychecks. Sign up through the secure online form on the School of Business payroll deduction page or the Brandcenter payroll deduction page.
To give the VCU School of Business Foundation stock, let your broker know which holding you wish to give and provide them with the following information:

Receiving Account #: FFC SunTrust Bank a/c 11188, Account #7045259
Receiving DTC Firm: SEI/US Bank
Ask your broker to contact SunTrust Bank at (804) 782-7787 24 hours prior to confirm delivery of DTC-eligible security. Also notify Shannon Duvall at the VCU School of Business at (804) 828-1035 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The gift date for tax purposes will appear on the receipt you receive from the foundation. Consult your tax adviser regarding the timing of any deduction you claim for a charitable gift.

Areas to Support
Annual gifts are essential to running the School of Business, as they are unrestricted and can be used to support the areas of greatest need.
Here are some recent initiatives supported by annual fund gifts:
- Black & Gold Academy events for career preparation
- Headshots for students to use on LinkedIn
- Professional kits including resume paper, portfolio, business cards, etc.
- Mindful Mornings workshops and podcasts
- Skills assessment and coaching for student development
- Visits from business executives in the classroom
- International initiatives such as the International Consulting Program
- Student scholarships
Scholarships make it possible for many deserving students to attend VCU and help attract the brightest students to the university. Endowed scholarships are created with a minimum $25,000 gift. The principal is invested and the interest of 4 percent is used each year for student support. These named, endowed scholarships last in perpetuity.

Support for faculty
Show your support for faculty with gifts to specific departments or programs. These can be annual, unrestricted gifts to the department, or established as an endowed faculty fund. Endowed faculty funds are used to support distinguished teachers and researchers in strategic areas of the university’s curriculum. The principal is invested and the interest of 4 percent is used each year for faculty support. These named, endowed funds last in perpetuity.

Investors Circle recognizes lead donors who generously support the VCU School of Business. Each year, the circle holds two events to recognize alumni, recent graduates, faculty and community and business partners who make a one-time or cumulative leadership gift to any fund within VCU School of Business.
Investors Circle recognition levels:
- Chairman: $25,000 and up
- Director: $10,000 - $24,999
- Executive: $5,000 - $9,999
- Partner: $2,500 - $4,999
- Associate: $1,000 - $2,499*
*Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD Alumni) and current faculty and staff may become Associates at the $500 level.
