Certificate in real estate

The certificate in real estate is geared toward working professionals — especially those with liberal arts degrees — looking for advanced study in real estate. Our program offers a highly focused curriculum with no undergraduate course prerequisites.

Curriculum

The certificate requires 12 credit hours beyond a bachelor’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0. All courses are offered in an online asynchronous format. To qualify for admission, you must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Work experience is preferred. Certificate courses may be counted toward the Evening MBA flexible format or the Master of Science in Business with a concentration in finance for graduates that wish to pursue a master's degree in the future.
