Dr. Andra Șerban is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Virginia Commonwealth University. Her research focuses on leadership, face-to-face and virtual team decision-making and performance, as well as levels of analysis in theory building and testing. Her work has been published in scholarly journals such as The Leadership Quarterly, Organizational Research Methods and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Andra earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Leadership with a minor in Decision Making and Simulation from State University of New York at Binghamton. She has previously worked as an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Romania and as an Associate Professor at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
