This half-day workshop is great for people who want to foster relationships characterized by respect and appreciation for difference. This workshop will help participants better understand the concepts of unconscious bias and microaggressions as well creating empathy and understanding for the clients they serve. Participants will leave the program with enhanced knowledge in diversity awareness and bias reduction with the motivation and skills necessary to continue working on these issues in order to foster a more inclusive and affirming workplace environment.
