Leading Through Chaos's Team Development Track weaves three critical competencies through three half day sessions to help leaders maximize the effectiveness of their teams. Through interactive case studies and active learning, participants will engage in thought-provoking, results-driven discussions.

Understand your DISC behavioral style and the styles of others
Learn how team make up and dynamics must be understood before creating disruption
Practice setting clear shared goals and objectives that define team succes

Evaluating and Developing Talent
Understand how talent development is a process, not an event
Learn the importance of setting clear objectives, goals, and expectations
Understand your role in creating an environment where your people can be successful
Learn key coaching skills and techniques that you can use on a daily basis
Discuss ways to be more successful in leading difficult discussions
Understand the key motivators/drivers of your people and how to tap into them
Developing a System for Disruptive Innovation
Understand that creativity and innovation are a process
Discuss case studies were innovation occurred in the most unlikely places
Learn that everyone has the ability to innovate
Practice innovative skills and techniques
Learn systems to innovate and understand the discipline needed to make them work
New and mid-level managers and supervisors who want to enhance their own effectiveness and the functioning of their organization in profit, non-profit and government settings.

Fees: $600 due in full at registration. Cost includes parking, snacks, and all materials.
