Individual performers working together do not automatically become a team. Becoming a team takes effort and intention. Becoming a great team takes real leadership. In this workshop, we will explore how a supervisor can build and develop a great team by understanding the stages of team performance and the leader behaviors that enable the team to move through each of them successfully.

Program takeaways

By participating in this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn the stages of team performance
  • Identify the leader behaviors that support successful performance in each stage
  • Assess where your team is in its performance and how you can take it to the next stage
  • Learn skills for dealing with team challenges at any stage
