The Henry Ford Entrepreneurship Academy is a long-term region wide commitment to promote entrepreneurship through workshops and exchanges, working with stakeholders throughout the World. Eventually the Academy will become a center for networking and connecting alumni and the local business community.
In cooperation with the Ford Motor Company Fund, the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and international partner institutes, the Henry Ford Entrepreneurship Academy will assist future business leaders to think and act like entrepreneurs. HFEA promotes a belief that entrepreneurship education is the most powerful economic force in the world. That belief sparks innovation, drives venture creation, and reveals how to navigate the complexities that exist in business today. This entrepreneurship education can also contribute to a country's growth and development, and possibly lowering the unemployment rate.
Established in 2015, the Henry Ford Entrepreneurship Academy offers three-day workshops to new and aspiring entrepreneurs around the world. Currently, workshops are being offered in the United States, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia with plans to expand to United Arab Emirates and South Africa.

Today, the HFEA is designed to equip current and future entrepreneurs with a set of tools to develop their skills and acumen around entrepreneurship. The workshop is built around a Meta framework of design called 'The Entrepreneurship Journey', comprised of three domains: Human Story, Mindset, and Set of Activities. The Entrepreneur’s job is to navigate those three domains in order to deliver on their unique value contribution. The workshop takes a deep dive into those domains. Participants take away relevant and applicable tools in order to move their idea/venture to the next stage.
The aspiring entrepreneurs who possess an idea on the basis of which they want to start a business, as well as novice entrepreneurs who have experience not exceeding three years in their business. Candidates will receive guidance in

Participants will receive advanced training (from faculty), enriched by the views and advice of local entrepreneurs, regarding the various steps and actions to build a viable business.
Designed and programmed to serve entrepreneurs in a particular region, these three days will deal with the know-how and the tools necessary for any successful entrepreneur, as well as questions related to the management of the business and the spirit of enterprise.
The Institute works with local and foreign partners to promote, in addition to safe driving, Teaching and a better quality of life for individuals in society. The Philanthropic Institute of Ford Motor Company has been operating for more than 65 years thanks to ongoing funding from Ford Motor Company. Ford Driving Skills for Life is a free, interactive and hands-on training focused on developing skills and driving techniques in situations of inexperienced and distracted driving. Innovation in education is also encouraged through Ford Blue Oval Scholars, Ford Next Generation Learning and other stimulating programs that enhance the education of the Lycée and help in obtaining university scholarships.
