360flex

A customizable 360 developed by CCE Director Dr. Michaela Bearden. This feedback tool provides individuals with quantitative and qualitative feedback from their work group -- including peers, colleagues, direct reports, supervisors, and internal/external customers. This 360 focuses on four primary leader/manager domains: Leadership Capablity, Managing People, Productivity, and Innovation. The tool is designed to flex with the culture and climate of the organization with editable questions and design options.

Change Style Indicator (CSI)

The Change Style Indicator® is an assessment instrument designed to measure an individual's and leader's preferred style in approaching change and in addressing situations involving change. Individuals taking the assessment are placed on a continuum and through a coaching session, talk about their approach to change and how it affects the work they do and the people they lead.


Conflicts Dynamic Profile (CDP)

The Conflict Dynamic Profile (CDP) is an excellent first step in exploring how conflict is being managed in your organization. The assessment provides feedback on individual behaviors and team structure, paving the way for more effective communication practices. The CDP report shares constructive and destructive behaviors, along with individual hot buttons.


DISC Assessment

DISC is a personal assessment tool used to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. Through a 10-minute assessment, individuals receive a 24+ page report full of insights on how their style of communication affects their relationships. Along with the assessment, a 1-1 coaching session helps individuals explore how to adapt their communication style when managing others who have a different DISC profile.


Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is an assessment tool used to understand your type preferences. With self-awareness identified as a top factor in leading yourself and others, understanding type preferences can help you approach work and people in a way that highlights your strengths.


StrengthsFinder 2.0

Developed by human behaviorist, Don Clifton, this assessment focuses on what people are good at. Post assessment, participants receive a Strengths Insights report and 1-1 coaching session to identify ways to activate their talents and develop them into strengths at work.


The Leadership Circle 360

The Leadership Circle 360 is a comprehensive assessment to measure and evaluate your competencies, reactive tendencies, and internal operating systems. The highly reliable and valid assessment collects self-reporting feedback, as well as feedback from colleagues, peers, direct reports, and supervisors; giving a full picture of how you show up at every level of the organization. The assessment includes 2 coaching sessions which focus on interpreting the results of the assessment and action planning.
