AcademicsFinance, Insurance and Real EstateGraduate certificate in real estate and urban land development

The graduate certificate in real estate is geared toward working professionals — especially those with liberal arts degrees — looking for advanced study in real estate. Our program offers a highly focused curriculum and minimal prerequisite courses.

The graduate certificate requires 18 credit hours beyond a bachelor’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0. You may transfer one 3-hour course taken at another AACSB-accredited institution into this program.

To qualify for admission, you must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. We also prefer a minimum of five years’ work experience. If you’re interested in later applying for admission into an MBA or specialized master’s program, you’ll need to go through a separate application process.
