Level Up Learning: Crafting Meaningful Work

Meaningful work, or work that we believe to be significant or purposeful, is not only personally satisfying, but incredibly motivating as well. Research shows that we can derive more meaning from our work by redefining and shaping the boundaries of our own jobs. In this workshop, participants will learn the skill of job crafting, understanding how to intentionally shift tasks, relationships, and perceptions in ways that bring greater engagement, satisfaction, and resilience.
