Green Belts are a critical piece of every Six Sigma implementation. They are change agents and leaders, project managers and problem solvers. Candidates receive a comprehensive 4-day education on the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and Lean Principles. The curriculum follows the DMAIC methodology, teaching candidates how to integrate Lean Six Sigma into an overall approach to problem solving.

Costs: $2,695

Discounts: A 10% discount is available at registration to anyone who registers 30 days before the course starts, as well as to VCU alumni and VCU/VCUHS employees. Group discounts are also available. Discounts can not be combined, and are provided at registration. Fees include breakfast, lunch, parking and all materials.
