Black Belts are the critical core of every Six Sigma implementation. Candidates receive a comprehensive education the Six Sigma DMADV methodology.  Beginning with an in-depth description of the Six Sigma phases, roles and related statistical tools required for success, the curriculum follows both the DMAIC (Green Belt) and DMADV (Black Belt) methodologies, teaching candidates how to integrate Six Sigma into an overall approach to process improvement. Green Belt certification is required to go through Black Belt certification.

Date and Time: June 7 -11, 2021. 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Location: This class will be offered virtually, in real time, to meet social distancing requirements. 

Fees and Discounts: $3,300 Fees includes course, all materials and access to online learning software. Discounts are available to anyone who registers prior to May 7, 2021, as well as to VCU alumni and VCU/VCUHS employees. Group discounts are also available corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations, please contact corp-ed@vcu.edu for more information.
