Together We Transform
As we navigate this transformative time in our history, your contribution will help us continue to provide an exceptional business education that unleashes unlimited potential in our students.
Since its beginning in 1937, the VCU School of Business has grown into a nationally ranked institution with nearly 40,000 alumni who have made their mark on the business world and beyond. Along the way, we've made important discoveries through research, and we’ve fueled economic and business growth for Virginia. At the VCU School of Business, we provide students with experiences that transform their lives using education as a bridge to their future success.
Our commitment to innovation has helped us to create opportunities and shape countless lives.
Your support provides even more opportunities for our students to learn, grow and to compete in this ever-changing climate.
Priority Funding Needs
Business Innovation
The School of Business is home to an eclectic mix of specialized experiential centers that foster corporate partnerships and support curriculum development and real-world experiences for students. These centers are committed to delivering the innovation the world needs, and they provide valuable opportunities for interaction among scholars, students and industry leaders.
Student Support
Scholarships make it possible for students in need to attend VCU. Scholarships also help us recruit the most competitive students to ensure that the school continues to grow in national prominence, quality, and reputation. By supporting some of the most talented students, scholarship support can transform and empower the next generation of business leaders.
Scholarship and Research
Faculty support attracts exceptional faculty dedicated to teaching and scholarship to our campus—and keeps them here. We understand the impact that transformative professors can have on students’ career trajectories, and gifts of support can impact entire cohorts and generations of students, as well as the discovery of new knowledge that is relevant to the marketplace.
Experiential Learning
This support provides future business leaders with experiences that prepare them to be global leaders in the workforce. Opportunities such as global experiences, cutting edge technologies, student leadership and conference travel, and support to offset internship expenses would not otherwise be possible without support. Business Career Services relies on funding to provide professional development and communication skills, career coaching, networking, and mentoring to prepare career-ready graduates for industry.
